New Material: Chilean Legends for the world

The Collection "Legends of Chile for the World" gathers traditional tales of the native people of the Chilean territory. 






The Lanterns of Pillan is a legend of the Mapuche people that gives a magic explanation, on the one hand, about the volcanic activity of the land, and on the other hand, about the origin of the beautiful native flower called Copihue.

When the Moai Walked is a Rapanui people`s legend that represents a fabulous explanation about how the Moai- Easter Island statues- were constructed and moved, as well as how the knowledge of their construction was lost and how some of these giant sculptures collapsed.
